When you visit, view, use, or access our Website, vetric.io, and any applicable subdomains thereof, or any applications, mobile applications, functionalities, content, materials, or other online services provided by Vetric (collectively, the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), so please take a few minutes to read the Terms of Service below.

You agree and understand that certain services offered by or through Vetric are subject to additional or different terms.

Proprietary Materials may only be accessed through the Website, and not by or from any other site or means. The right of access to the Website does not grant to you any right to download or store any Proprietary Materials in any medium.

All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content of any third-party website, which may be linked to or viewed in connection with the Vetric Website is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. These Website Terms of Service grant you no rights to use such content except as allowed by such third party. Vetric may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, remove or disable access to any materials on the Website that we believe (or are notified) may infringe on the rights of others.

Other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Website are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners. Vetric is using these third-party trademarks, service marks, or logos with the permission of the trademark owner or for identification purposes only.

Any unsolicited materials submitted or sent to Vetric will be deemed to be not confidential or secret. By submitting or sending information or other material to Vetric you: (a) warrant that you have all rights of any kind to the material and that to the best of your knowledge no other party has any rights to the material; and (b) grant Vetric an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute the material, and you further agree that Vetric is free to use any ideas, know-how, concepts or techniques you send us for any purpose, without any compensation to you or any other person.

The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and Vetric shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Israel, excluding any applicable conflict of laws rules, and will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vetric, its vendors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your (i) use of the Website; (ii) use of Third Party Services; (iii) Your violation of this Terms of Service or of applicable law; or (iv) a violation of the rights of any other person or entity by you, or of any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right. Vetric reserves the right, at its own expense and in its sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that event, and only in such event, shall you have no further obligation to provide indemnification for Vetric in that matter.

  1. Termination

Vetric has the right to terminate your access to the Website for any reason, including, without limitation, if it, at its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Website Terms of Service (either directly or through breach of any other terms and conditions or operating rules applicable to you). Vetric may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide you a warning prior to termination of your use of the Website.
